the first snow of the year is today

So far i've got one scarf done from all that yarn i bought a little while back. I used both colors at the same time for this one, so it's a little bulky. For the one i'm working on now, i'm only using the darker gray. I like the texture better of the single yarn so i'll probably keep doing them that way. I'm not sure it takes that much longer either, because i don't have to contend with making sure i've got both yarns all the time. I'll wait till a few more done before i wash them. It still smells kind of funny.
