Zupaghetti

Having gone to bed quite early the night before, i woke up early Monday. Breakfast was toast and coffee, and then we went to town to run errands and go shopping. The weather was rather fall-like -- i wore a cardigan all day.

For lunch we made this zucchini "spaghetti" and it was SO delicious and fun! The sauce was wonderful and i got quite full which might be surprising since it's all vegetables. And looking at the picture now, it's also surprising how much it tasted like spaghetti. Oh it was so good though. I want some right now!!



Thunderstorms came in the afternoon. I ate far too much ice cream. We played band for a while.
