"under covers on snowy days"

Today when i walked to work it was slushy and snowing a little. I talked to Mommy on the phone.
By the time i got there i think it had turned into sleet. This afternoon it turned back into snow and now it's the marshmallow world and it's good packing snow, too.
I made a snowball on the way back from taking the trash out and threw at at the wall just because i couldn't resist.
So i've never observed lent before but Pastor Dean was talking about it on Sunday and so i was thinking about it today, whether i should give something up (i know, i'm a little late) but i couldn't really come up with anything. The only thing i thought of was coffee, but umm that might not go so well.
It's supposed to be a time of prayer and preparation and reflection(?), right? Maybe i can think of a way to observe it without picking some random thing to give up. (I also thought about giving up poupeegirl, but i haven't been wasting as much time on it lately...now that i've photographed almost everything i own...plus my camera doesn't have any batteries.)
Now i'm listening to the CD Hannah made.
It's funny, the CD i made her a few weeks ago i don't think i named quite as aptly (did i name it?) but that's exactly the theme i was thinking of when i made it. Except with tea. Always with tea.
I'm not so sure about track 3 but i like track 4 a lot.
So i have this coordination dilemma... i want to wear my pink
BABY dress with my green-ish cardigan. So, i was thinking i would wear my ice cream socks to tie the green in (although the ice creams are blue, but it's kinda close). Or, i could wear my pink striped socks. And i was thinking if i could wear my antique white blouse under the cardigan. The lace on the dress if off-white. It might be too different. Oh well.
Oh! I'm going to call my sister

i'm not really sure why i put #3 on there, because it's so not mishkaesque...i think i meant to put a different song?
[i'm not sure if i even understand it correctly, but my view of it is believing whole-heartedly in God, but being unsure about what comes after you die, what heaven will be like (perhaps doubtful?), because it's so hard to grasp and imagine because we really can't understand it as humans.] #4 is nice !
